Project Overview

Construction of a new 11,000 SF Lincoln showroom with associated offices, waiting area, business center, interior public, handicap accessible restroom, exterior faculty use restroom, new two lane multi-office service drive. Rework of existing site hardscape to accommodate new Lincoln addition and existing Ford building modifications. Project also included extensive renovations to the existing Ford facility comprised of rework to four lane service drive, reception area and main entry that included a new 29’ tall free standing Ford entry tower.
