Project Overview

The project was comprised of interior renovations of approximately 801,000 GSF at the Peninsula II condominiums in Aventura, Florida. The scope of work for removal and remediation of Chinese drywall in 72 elevator lobby corridors and 167 units which included Chinese drywall remediation and renovations to the kitchens and bathrooms including mechanical heat pump replacements, electrical modifications, plumbing and fire protection renovations.
