Kaluz Restaurant, a new concept restaurant located in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale on the intracoastal. Glenewinkel provided Owner Representative services for the project which was comprised of complete gut and retro-fit and structural renovations. Interior finishes included high-end millwork, glass, stainless steel finishes, resin wall panels and all new curtain wall systems which provide an open view of the intracoastal and modern outdoor dining, bar and patio area.
