Project Overview

Project was comprised of a complete and full renovation of existing Boca Raton Bridge Hotel including all public spaces, outside dining areas, exterior cladding and site improvements. Project also included a new expanded wing of the hotel for fitness center, restrooms and back of house services. The waterfront hotel was transformed into a unique and sleek high end boutique hotel including new restaurant, lounge, reception and grand hall, wine cellar and new main kitchen. New docks and seawalls increased the usable waterfront land area for outside dining and functions. Structural and interior renovations were completed under an aggressive and expedited construction schedule.
