Project Overview

The new office space for Wilis, Inc.’s Miami office, located in the new Class-A Office Building 1450 Brickell was completed in 8 weeks; four-weeks prior to the aggressive 12 week schedule. The open office space design incorporated semi-private glass partition offices. The multiple conference rooms are complete with AV components and high-end finishes. 1450 Brickell is a LEED Gold Certified building and tenant improvements follow LEED benchmarks. The team worked seamlessly within the occupied building which had stringent noise and work hour restrictions.
