Project includes the renovation and expansion of existing ground level areas between the NW and SW corners of the building consisting of a new 2 story glazed curtain wall system and aluminum ACM panel facades. The current facade line will be pushed out to achieve approximately 10,000 SF of additional leasable space for future tenant build-outs.
